"The business and custom hours for the merchant needs to be set up correctly on Clavo Hub Web App or on Clover"


  1. Open the Store settings section in your Clavo Hub Web App.
  2. Check that the store timings as well as the Business and Custom hours for Pickup and Delivery configurations have been correctly set.
  3. Fields to check are store hours,time zone, opening and closing hours for Pickup and Delivery for each day including multiple shifts if present.
Note : If using Business Hours as option so please ensure that you have setup the business hours in Clover (Setup > Business Information > Business Hours > Add Business Hours)
