Case 1 : Please confirm your store address at Clover and same in Clavo Hub web app.


Steps for Clover :

  • Login to Clover.
  • From dashboard click on "Setup" icon
  • Now verify your store address along with Postal / Zip code, under Business Information.


Steps for Clavo Hub :

  • Login to Clavo Hub.
  • From side menu click on "Store Settings"
  • Now verify the "Store address" field, under Location Information(Note: Its non-editable field and getting updated from Clover directly)



Case 2 : Please check if you have updated the radius field in Clavo Hub web app.

Steps for Clavo Hub :

  • Login to Clavo Hub.
  • From side menu click on "Store Settings"
  • Click on "Delivery Configuration"
  • Now verify the "Max. delivery radius" field
Note: Based on radius provided in Clavo Hub web app, Mobile app will calculate the distance between Store's Address and Customer's address.
